Are you a Master's in Social Work (MSW) degree holder looking for an empowering environment to launch or reignite your career as a licensed therapist? Open Gate is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as Clinic Therapist. This unique role is part of our pipeline program, designed to foster the next generation of mental health professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Clinical Services:

    • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services to clients, addressing a wide range of mental health issues.

  • Participate in Training:

    • Engage in hands-on experience and training under the mentorship of seasoned professionals, building the skills and confidence needed to excel in your career.

  • Collaborative Care:

    • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, contributing to a holistic approach to client care.

  • Ongoing Professional Development:

    • Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills through our structured mentorship program and other educational opportunities.

Qualifications:
